CONTRACT & CONDITIONS
1.
The “10% Table”
·
All goods
from Music Works – Let’s Sing! will be the responsibility of a nominated person
from your centre or organisation
·
Payment for
goods sold is due at the end of the nominated period
·
Unsold goods
may be returned to Music Works - Let’s Sing! at the end of the nominated period.
All goods must be in mint condition. Damaged, soiled or missing goods must be
paid for in full
·
Music Works
will provide a complete list of all items taken and their recommended retail
prices
·
At the end of
the nominated period, please provide a list of the items sold to Music Works –
Let’s Sing!
·
We encourage
you to plan ahead so that goods from Music Works will be safe whilst in your
care. To avoid damage or loss we advise:
- that someone from your
centre be present when parents are perusing goods
- that goods be placed where
children cannot reach them
- that pop-up books be
handled with special care
- that goods are locked away
when not on display to parents

The “10% Card”
·
Card must be
shown each time purchases are made in order for your centre/organisation to
receive 10% of the retail price
·
Please note
that card does not entitle the holder of the card to a 10% discount
·
Earnings
accrued by your centre will be paid at the end of each month unless arranged
otherwise
·
Earnings
accrued by your centre may be used to purchase fantastic resources from Music
Works – Let’s Sing!
